Oxy-Fuel Cutting
With a tolerance of +/- 3-5mm our Oxy Fuel Cutting is primarily used for cutting of thicker material, generally from 25mm up to 200mm but can be applied to thinner gauges for multi-torch applications.
Oxy-Fuel Cutting is thermal cutting process that uses a high intensity of oxygen plus LPG for fuel. The large heat application during cutting is what increases the tolerances.
Our Oxy-Fuel Cutting machines beds are 3.2mtrs wide by 25mtrs long coupled with multi-torch processing, no steel is too big for these machines.
Plasma Cutting
With a tolerance of +/-1mm our High-Definition Plasma cutting is primarily used for cutting 6mm to 50mm thick material but can be applied to thinner gauges where appropriate for end use applications. Plasma cutting directs a jet of ionised gas at temperatures above 20,000 degrees which in turn melts and expels the material from the cut.
Our Plasma Cutting machines beds are up to 5mtrs wide by 36mtrs long with dual cutting heads for production runs with addition of drilling/counter sinking/bevelling options to suit end user needs.
Laser Cutting
With a tolerance of +/- 0.1mm our Laser Cutting is primarily used for up to 12mm thick material, however dependent on material can be up to 25mm thick where appropriate for end use applications.
Laser cutting is a thermal process where the laser beam is produced from two types of power sources, either C02 or Fibre. Both are a high precision method of cutting. Our Laser Cutting machines beds are up to 2.5mtrs wide by 12mtrs long with either Fibre or CO2 powerpacks.
Press Braking/Folding
From 35 ton to 1000 ton up to 8.1 metres long our range of press brakes gives us the ability to fold all your material needs. With an impressive range of top and bottom tooling and our knowledge on material and applications we can give you the right advice and solutions to meet your needs.
Our range of presses, all of which are CNC with the latest interfaces enable us to effectively meet your needs to the agreed tolerances.
Bevelling
We offer a range of bevelling solutions through two methods. The first as part of either our Oxy Fuel or Plasma Cutting services which the bevel is produced through the cutting process and is suitable for thicker plates/deeper faces.
The second is through cold formed bevelling once the material has been cut to required sizes/shapes. A method that at times requires multiple passes to reach desired outcome. Our offers include K Bevel, Knife Edge Bevel, and Bevel with landing. Our team can work with you to develop your requirements.
Rolling
Our hydraulic CNC roller can roll up to 25mm thick by 3mtr wide material. Nestled in the ground with large overhead gantry’s the ability to produce solutions to meet your engineering needs is unparalleled.
